Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final once the book has shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your book arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or you receive an incorrect order, please contact us at hello@masteringmeds.com within 14 days of the delivery date shown by the shipping carrier. Please include your order number and photos of the book and packaging so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement or resolution.

Preorders may be canceled for a full refund at any time before the order has shipped. Please see our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy for additional information.
